Return & Refund


1.Return Policy:
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.If you received a broken or low quality item,please inform us within 30 days of delivery, after that we do not exchange, replace or take returns on them. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via service@icoonoo.com including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
• When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
How to return an item

Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:

  • Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt – we cannot exchange or refund without it.
  • Please write in detail which items you want exchanged.

WARRANTY

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  • Aftermarket modifications

*Please Note: No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.

2.Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 3-5 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and are in the original packaging.

We don't accept refund when:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of icoonoo(i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of icoonoo.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Below are the conditions under which refund will be granted.

You can get a full refund if:
If the product you purchased is completely non-functional.
If you did not receive your product within 30 business days after the date you placed your order.
*Please Note: The refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping($5.99) will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Thank you!

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
